I have received a faulty item/ My Item has become faulty

We are sorry to hear your product is faulty. We would like to help you to resolve your enquiry as soon as possible. All shortages & Damages should be reported to Customer Services 0330 123 0190 within 3 days from delivery date.

Order Status

Once you have placed your order we will provide you with delivery updates via email. You will also be able to see your order status in the order details page. Please ensure your account details are kept up to date.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once an order is completed either online or on the phone it is sent immediately to our processing centre, so we are unable to cancel or amend your order. To return items which have been ordered incorrectly, or in error, please refer to our returns service below.

Additional or amended items requested once an order has been completed have to be treated as a new order and may incur an additional delivery fee.

Discontinued Items

If any of our products become discontinued, we will notify you and where possible we will offer you an alternative product.

Shopping with NPA

In order to purchase our products and member prices, you must have a membership account with the NPA. To set up a membership account please call the membership team on 01727 795914

To order products from the NPA you must have an account with us. Please call the sales team on 0330 123 0190 to set up your Non Member account.

Payment

  • How do I Pay?

You may pay for your purchase either through credit cards or on your account. If you want to set up an account with the NPA please call 0330 123 0190.

How do I sign into my account?

Click on the log in link. Enter your username and password then click 'Sign In'.

Resetting your Password

If you wish to change your password you can will need to call the NPA Marketing team on 01727 800405 and they will be able to change this for you.

Update my contact details

Should you need to update your contact details please log into your account and visit the ‘My Account’ section of the website, you will then be able to update your information

Removing a promotion code

In order to remove a discount or promotion code you have applied you will need to clear your browser history or start a new one
